iCube Development provides standard and typical e-mail, website, and database hosting services for Calgary businesses.

Returns & Refunds

We are happy to refund the full purchase price of any product or service provided within 14 days of the original purchase date with the exception of: data recovery services, domain registration services, and any special order products (as indicated on your invoice). All requests for refunds are processed within 5 business days.

iCube Development uses a warranty tracking label for all products and services we provide. Clients may remove these tags without effect on warranty coverage.

Return Requirements:

  1. Item must include all original packaging (including cables, product manuals, etc.).
  2. Item serial number(s) must match those located in our database.
  3. Item must be free of physical and liquid damage.
